Tonya Breland

Dr. Tonya Breland is a dynamic, faith-driven leader, speaker, and visionary advocate for purpose, justice, and transformational change. As Founder, President, and CEO of TESO Consulting Group, she empowers individuals and organizations to uncover purpose, build capacity, and lead lasting transformation through strategic planning, leadership development, and equity-centered coaching.

A National Milken Educator Award recipient and respected voice in education, Dr. Breland has served as a school and district leader, Director of Professional Learning, and Deputy Assistant Commissioner at the New Jersey Department of Education. She also leads the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Central New Jersey Chapter, championing equity and opportunity for Black women and girls.
