Necole Parker is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The ELOCEN Group, LLC, a Program and Project Management firm specializing in innovative solutions for the built environment. Since founding the company in 2007, she has led the delivery of new construction and renovation projects across government and commercial sectors—managing over 200 million square feet of space and overseeing project budgets exceeding $1 billion.
With over 30 years of Program and Project Management experience, Necole is recognized for her ability to drive complex project lifecycles from inception to completion while cultivating long-term, value-driven relationships with clients. Her leadership has fueled ELOCEN’s sustained growth, secured high-profile clientele, and earned numerous industry accolades.
