Dr. Boyce Watkins

Dr. Boyce Watkins, widely recognized as “The People’s Scholar,” is a distinguished financial expert, author, and social commentator dedicated to the economic empowerment of the Black community. With a Ph.D. in Finance from The Ohio State University, he has served as a finance professor at Syracuse University and has been a visiting scholar at institutions such as Texas Southern University and the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. As the founder of The Black Business School, Dr. Watkins has created an accessible platform that has educated over 150,000 students worldwide on wealth-building, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. His mission is to provide culturally relevant financial education that empowers individuals to achieve economic independence and generational wealth.
